Chatham Thread Works offers our customers the opportunity to be creative when personalizing their items. You take the time to personalize your purchase with your choice of monogram/font and thread colors. We, in turn, take the time and care to create your item exactly the way you designed it.
Items purchased in our Retail Shop are stitched on-site and are available for pickup within 24-48 hours. If you’ve purchased an item in the Retail Shop and requested it to be shipped to a location, it will ship in 7-10 business days from day date ordered.
Items purchased in our Online Store are stitched, packed and ready to ship within 8-10 business days (+ shipping time) from the date your order was placed on our website. Online Store orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. For UPS Ground Transit Maps, click here. For the USPS Priority Mail Delivery Map, click here. Online orders ship from the 02633 zip code.
Please keep in mind that because our collection is always changing, items are only available while supplies last. Therefore, if there is any issue with your order we will contact you right away. Ordering during the holiday season may result in a longer shipping time. If you need an item rushed, please specify the date you need the order by when placing your order in the comments section during checkout. We try to accommodate all customers as best we can.
Shipping to a PO Box
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box or State Road address, please provide us with a different address to ship your package to. This will ensure that your package arrives promptly.
Adding to, changing or canceling an online order
We allow 24 hours from the time of the order being processed to be added to, changed or cancelled. For our Returns & Refunds Policy click here.
If you have already placed an order and would like to add to it, make a change to an item or cancel the order, please contact us through our online submission form on this page.
Enter your contact information and select “Orders & Shipping” from the subject dropdown. Enter your Order# and item details in the message field. A member of the CTW team will respond to your inquiry and will provide next steps within 24-48 hours.
Currently CTW only ships to United States (US) addresses.
Track a shipment
UPS and USPS are the carriers of choice to ship online orders. Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email from Chatham Thread Works with your order tracking number.

For orders that ship for free using a CTW free shipping offer code, Chatham Thread Works reserves the right to select the most suitable shipping method for each order shipping free of charge, depending upon the destination and products purchased.
